  Just got back from a week at this hotel with my husband and 2 kids, aged 5 and 7. It was our first holiday abroad and we couldn’t have had a better time. The hotel was spotless, all the staff were more than accommodating. It was so family friendly which put us at ease. There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids that weren’t forced pin you but were available. Only small niggle was the kids water park was freezing resulting in my daughter not using it. Food was varied and amazing.

  Hotel recently refurbished to a high quality so rooms excellent but can be noisey. Staff brilliant & food choice/standard excellent. Hotel right next to sea & a stone's throw from Playa Blanca. Would highly recommend. Great holiday all round.

  Love it here, all staff are welcoming and friendly. They treat you like royalty, we stayed here just for the week and me and my family wish we had stayed here for much longer! We had upgraded to Star Prestige and got the adults-only section of the hotel and, it was so tranquil and peaceful. The animation team were fabulous and always wanted you to get active and have fun! They didn't fail in doing that. The views were amazing, wish I could look outside of them from my window.. And the rooms and parts of the hotel were kept at a high standard of cleanliness.

  The only problem we had was with the staff in the spa. A young girl was extremely rude with us, telling us we had to pay for white towels, despite our board being All Inclusive Plus and we were in Star Prestige. It was also my mum and dads wedding anniversay and they treated us to a decorated table, and in the room, a bottle of champagne and a towel origami swan with truffles. It was a lovely touch and made my parents smile.

  We had a lovely experience here. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The facilities are nice, with several different pool areas, including separate children's areas. There is entertainment and there are several on site dining facilities. There are also plenty of tourist services available. The location is nice. There is a pathway along the coast that takes you to the marina and several dining and shopping areas. The downtown is about a fifteen minute walk. My only complaint would be that adding dinner in the hotel is quite expensive and still doesn't include drinks. I think it is worth exploring the local dining options instead.

  Great hotel & truly worthy of its 5 star rating. Hotel is great. Staff are very polite & friendly & above all very helpful. Food is good. The hotel is very well located for a great holiday in Lanzarote.
